  • One-Time Membership Fee: A one-time membership fee is required for access to all of our services. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Documentation: Members are required to submit accurate and valid documentation (ID proof, address proof, etc.) to verify their eligibility and identity.
2. Services
  • Savings Products: We offer a variety of savings products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits, which are subject to the terms specified at the time of opening the account or making the deposit.
  • Loan Services: Loan approval, terms, and conditions are based on individual eligibility, income verification, and security offered (if any). Loans are subject to approval based on internal assessments.
  • Interest Rates: Interest rates for deposits and loans are subject to change as per the company’s internal policies and prevailing market conditions.
3. Use of Services
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when applying for our services. False or misleading information may result in the rejection of applications or suspension of your account.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including passwords, and for any activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Fees
  • Payments: All payments, including membership fees, deposit contributions, and loan repayments, should be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon during the application process.
  • Fee Structure: Additional fees may apply for specific services such as late loan repayments, document processing, etc. These fees will be communicated to you at the time of service application.
5. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing transparent and fair services. Please read our Refund Policy below:

  • Membership Fee: The one-time membership fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it grants lifetime access to our services and membership benefits.
  • Deposits: For deposit products such as Fixed Deposits (FD) or Recurring Deposits (RD), premature withdrawal is allowed, but it may result in a penalty as per the terms applicable at the time of deposit. Interest may be lower than the originally agreed rate for early withdrawal.
  • Loan Repayments:If you have made an early repayment on a loan, any interest overpayment will be adjusted in your outstanding balance or refunded, depending on the terms and the loan agreement.
  • Refund on Services: If any service (e.g., documentation or processing fees) is charged incorrectly or services are not provided as agreed, a refund may be issued. Please contact customer support within 7 days to raise any concerns.
6. Cancellation Policy

All financial transactions, including deposits and loan repayments, are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines. As we are a financial service provider, refunds or cancellations are generally not applicable once a transaction is successfully completed.

However, in case of any duplicate transactions, erroneous deductions, or technical issues, members are requested to contact our customer support team immediately. After verification, if found valid, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 - 10 working days.

Cancellation requests for any services, including loan applications, deposit schemes, or financial products, are subject to the following terms:

  • Loan Applications: Once the loan application is processed and approved, it cannot be canceled. If the loan amount has been disbursed, the terms of repayment will apply.
  • Deposit Schemes: If a Fixed Deposit (FD) or Recurring Deposit (RD) is created, cancellation is not allowed before the completion of the agreed term. However, premature withdrawals can be made according to our policy, subject to applicable penalties or interest adjustments.
  • Other Services: For any other financial services provided by Giramiyan, cancellations are accepted only under specific conditions, as per the individual product’s terms and regulations.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Liability
  • Limitations of Liability: Giramiyan Mutual Benefit India Nidhi Limited will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by errors or delays in the provision of services, including but not limited to deposit interest payments or loan disbursements.
  • Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, or government restrictions.
9. Dispute Resolution
  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration as per the laws applicable in Tamil Nadu.
10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
